Your tasks:

  • You conduct data-driven SEO analyses and identify opportunities to optimize both content and technical performance.
  • You take ownership of the effective use of key SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix, AWRCloud) within the team – both operationally and strategically.
  • You develop dashboards and reports for various audiences and support data-informed decision-making.
  • You work across both technical and content-driven SEO – from crawling and indexing to keyword mapping and on-page optimization.
  • You stay up to date on current developments – such as new SERP features, schema.org, AI Overviews, or AI Mode and derive actionable recommendations to improve visibility.
 

Your skills:

  • Strong knowledge of both technical and content-focused SEO.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in common SEO and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to independently identify and prioritize relevant SEO topics.
  • Experience in building dashboards and reports for different stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoyment in collaborating within a team and working closely with stakeholders like Product, Data, and UX.
  • Excellent English skills and German as a plus.
  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python and tools for process automation.
