 Your tasks:

  • Being in charge of the design of Data Pipelines in the Marketing and Personalization area.
  • Cooperating with our Business Analyst in translating business Requirements into data solutions.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders using our Engagement and Data Platforms and advising them on how to use our solutions.
  • Modelling user data models that are used in our Engagement Platforms
  • Taking care of implementing a holistic quality assurance and, with that, monitor the accuracy and completeness of our data.
  • Maintaining Data Integrations, audiences and user-journeys in our off-the-shelf solutions.
 

Your skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the Marketing Technology area handling technologies such as CDPs, Marketing Automation Softwares or Marketing Tracking
  • Experience in maintaining user data models, designing data integrations and implementing strategies for data quality assurance and validation techniques
  • Strong analytical and conceptional thinking in order to translate business demands into technical concepts.
  • The ability to interpret complex data sets and explain corresponding processes and insights in a simple and understandable way.
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure and architecture to discuss technical approaches with Engineers
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English, especially on a business and tech level.
  • A good sense of humor and a positive mindset, even in challenging situations.

Our User Engagement Platforms team provides technical foundations for New-Work's data-driven products and marketing activities. We are the connecting link between business and technology departments and work with a variety of teams, such as Product, Marketing and Data Science. For these departments we build and maintain in-house services as well as owning external Services for our stakeholders. To name a few: We're technically responsible for our Customer Data Platform, tag management, audience management and marketing automation. And in addition to pure technical topics, we are also involved in business related initiatives like attribution modelling and consulting respective teams from a technical perspective.
