Student IT Helpdesk

Your tasks:

This is an internship Student IT Support role, onsite in Valencia. The intern will:

• Give support to IT colleagues on first level issues for Spain mainly.  
• Assist on technical solutions por hardware and software issues that may arise.
• Support on the configuration of the computers and devices. Including internal networks
• Contribute on documentation in IT

Your skills:

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. You will need to be able to sign a university agreement.
• You want to learn about networks and device setups.
• You enjoy the challenges that a growing company brings with it and you face them with a great focus on solutions and a hands-on mentality. You work very reliably, precisely, and independently.
• You enjoy exchanging ideas and helping your colleagues and communicating openly and confidently at all external and internal interfaces. 
• Good English skills. Due to the international orientation of the team, good English skills are a prerequisite. If you furthermore also speak German than you’re the best fit
