Your tasks:

  • Design and develop advanced, sustainable solutions within our agile product engineering team, focusing on our monolithic architecture.
  • Engage in the full software development life cycle from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively to create and refine features, while troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
  • Play a key role in maintaining and improving code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Embrace the dynamic, cross-functional work environment, communicating effectively in English (no German required).
 

Your skills:

  • Solid background in software engineering, with a specialization in PHP and experience with MVC frameworks (Symfony preferred).
  • Proficient in relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and familiar with Elasticsearch and Redis.
  • A strong advocate for automated testing, clean code, and thorough code coverage.
  • Agile enthusiast with a passion for teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset, strong English communication skills, and an openness to a diverse working culture.
