Your tasks:

  • Contribute to the strategic development of the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Identify relevant sales processes and optimize them within and outside of Salesforce.
  • Challenge and improve existing sales and business processes.
  • Develop concepts how to realise business requirements.
  • Steer stakeholder discussions and derive concepts that solve problems the best possible way.
  • Translate the (sales) requirements into user stories for the Salesforce admin and development team.
  • Introduce automations into the sales processes wherever it makes sense.
 

Your skills:

  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce as requirement engineer, Admin or a similar role.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree or similar educational Background. 
  • Passion for processes and data and strong analytical thinking.
  • Background in either product management, process management, CRM requirement engineering or sales operations is key.
  • Experience in project management across different departments.
  • Agile as well as structured mindset.
